This is a breakfast/lunch place. It serves many verieties of mostly American_themed dishes with other options. Everything is made out of scratch! Portions are fairly big. Based on quality, I would say that the prices are fair. I loved the outside sitting area. It felt cozy and family friendly.
I’ve been coming to Fairview Farmers for years and it’s still one of the best breakfast and brunch spots around. My go-to is the poached eggs with biscuit and gravy — absolutely incredible every time. What really stands out is the pride they take in the food. Every plate that comes out looks like a piece of art. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are balanced, and you can tell the kitchen truly cares about what they’re serving. It does get busy on weekends, but that just shows how good it is. If there’s a wait, trust me — it’s worth it. Fairview Farmers is the kind of place you keep coming back to.
chicken fried steak was delicious, pancakes too! the blueberry muffin waffle was a whole presentation! service was great, and it’s a wonderful ambience in the restaurant. they also have a coffee bar and fresh squeezed orange juice. very extensive menu. will be back!
Absolutely Delicious Food. Their chicken fried steak had a perfectly crispy exterior and a moist interior packed full of flavor. Our group sampled everything we all ordered and each dish was on par with a spectacular meal. Their fresh squeezed oj was truly wonderful. Our service was top notch and their prices match the quality of food. Overall this is my new go to breakfast place in the Dallas area!
What a fun experience! We sat at the bar near the kitchen and were able to see all the meals coming out. Every plate was a work of art with flowers and delicious fresh fruit. The owner was there keeping the area spic and span, and you could tell everyone there loves working for her. I highly recommend sitting at the bar for additional fun! My only suggestion would be to use real whipping cream. We will be back the next time we are back in DFW.
The food is delicious and our server, Alejandro, was top notch! They give you generous portions, and every single thing we had was a hit. My friend is a vegetarian and was able to customize her order to her needs. She had a burrito, I had the chicken fried chicken, and we shared the carrot cake pancakes. I think the lemon lavender mimosa is seasonal, but I highly recommend it!!
Fantastic brunch place! Portions are generous and great price, especially of the pancakes, so plan to share. They had a variety of options for brunch. Would absolutely come back to try more things. Pancakes were really fluffy and well made, burrito had really tasty ingredients and was packed. Coffee was on the sweeter side, but pretty good and included a madeline. Service was great too. They do not take reservations and they get very busy, so plan to wait.
Came here for breakfast today. Glad to see there was no wait as I been meaning to come here a while back and they were always busy. It would probably be a bit difficult to find parking during busy hours. had the chicken and waffles and my husband had the salmon Benedict. The food was a very nice portion and tasted great. Coffee was also a bonus, nice size mug with refills. Service was great and friendly atmosphere. Everyone was kind and warm. We sat in the patio area and enjoyed the space. Definitely would come again.
Man...MAN. This place is AMAZING!!! The portion sizes, the flavors of the food, the number of options, including meat options for those who don't eat pork, and the look of the place, its all fantastic. The service was hospitable and friendly, even with the place being really busy! It *is* pricy, but the portion sizes and level of stylization to the meals are large and creative enough that when the plate comes out, the price makes sense. And our server Maria, was the sweetest!!! I'll definitely be visiting again!
We got the Farmers Benedict, Lox Salmon Benedict and Croissant Beignets. The Farmer’s Benedict has braised short ribs that tasted very flavorful and it paired really well with the hollandaise sauce. The Lox Salmon Benedict was served with everything bagel, which was pretty unique. The smoked salmon tasted good. The Croissant Beignets were great little bite sized donuts that came with butter and a chocolate dip. Service was great.
